Shimco manufactures shim washers from solid, laminated, edgebond, plastic, and exotic materials.  Most of our washers are machined for better quality; however, we will stamp or laser as required.  We will make 1 piece or thousands.

From very tiny to large segmented parts, there is no limit to the size of washer we make.

Shimco works closely with reputable Nadcap approved subcontractors for added value such as heat treat, paint, sand blasting, anodizing, and other processes required to complete your needs.

Raw material supplied is always DFARS, and complete Mill Test Reports are available with all our products.
